Speech & Language Pathologist - Acute - (SLP)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2052.13 - $2364.41
o At least 1 year of experience - Required
o Experience with neurogenic patients, Dysphagia, and pediatrics - preferred
o Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
o ACLS preferred - please include in packet in addition to other certifications, if traveler has this requirement
o Clinician may be required to float from Inpatient to Outpatient Rehab, between CCMH & MTRNC - Please confirm traveler is open to floating as needed prior to submission - Required
Profile Requirements:
o Work History
o Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
o 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
o Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH, ACLS - AHA Preferred)
o Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)
o NIH
o BLS (AHA)
