Our process is powered by technology and supported by people. That means we are able to cut operational costs and direct all of those savings back to the nurse’s salary. But that also means that we have a specialized team of people dedicated to making sure every nurse on Nomad has the best experience possible.
We replaced individual recruiters with an entire team of specialized Nomad Navigators who help each nurse through different parts of their application process. Nurses have access to the entire team’s experience and knowledge throughout their time with Nomad so they can always feel like they have a whole team in their corner. They will also have a specialized contact throughout their assignment who can help them with any issues that may arise.
Nomad offers travel nursing assignments across the country, across all specialties and facility size. Assignments average 13 weeks, but can range from 8-26 weeks based on the opportunity.
