Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Trauma Level II, 300+ bed facility within the last 2 years and prior travel experience. The role involves performing routine X-rays and portable imaging in a hospital setting, including operating room (OR) procedures.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform routine X-rays and portable radiographic procedures in hospital settings.
Work in various departments, including medical-surgical units, intensive care units (ICU), cardiac care units (CCU), emergency care, and the operating room (OR).
Position and image high-acuity patients, primarily adults ranging from their 30s to geriatrics.
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging for patient care.
Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols and infection control procedures.
Utilize EPIC Radiant charting system (preferred but not required).
Float to all Central Aspirus locations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:


Education: Associate Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology.

Licensure & Certifications:

ARRT Certification (Required).
Wisconsin State License (Required).
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required).

Experience:


Minimum 2 years of experience in a Trauma Level II, 300+ bed facility (Required).

Experience working with high-acuity adult patients in multiple care units.

Contract Details:


Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week (except during holidays when the unit is closed).
Shift Schedule: Variable days/PM shift.
Floating Requirements: May be required to float to all Central Aspirus locations if needed.
On-Call Requirements: Not required.
Weekend Rotation: As needed.
Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday required.
