The facility boasts a 25-bed critical access hospital, 16-bed Long Term Care Unit, and 2 Family Practice Clinics located in Tribune and neighboring Sharon Springs in Wallace County.

Looking for a full time or part time Physical Therapist who is inspired to work toward the improvement of the quality of life for GCHS's inpatients and outpatients, while at all times showing respect and treating patients with empathetic care.:
