Job Description:

Clinical leadership role responsible for:
Developing and directing clinical care
Leading nursing personnelDocumenting patient care
Ensuring compliance with nursing standards of care and practice

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive patient care management:

Assessment
Diagnosis
Treatment planning
Implementation
Evaluation
Focus on patient-centered, high-quality care
Act as liaison between patients and families
Educate patients and families about treatment plans
Develop long-term therapeutic relationships with patients
