Job Details

Evaluate clients by administering tests and measurements, including range of motion, gait, and functional analysis, as well as neurological assessments, to determine individual rehabilitation program needs
Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of clients' rehabilitation progress
Prepare, transmit, and maintain measurements and assessment records and reports
Communicate test results, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested
Participate in writing and presenting individual client treatment plans, formulating goals, and planning appropriate physical therapy treatments
Conduct periodic reassessment of clients' progress and revise plans as necessary
