Responsible for managing the day-to-day nursing and clinical support staff operations for a 35-bed Long-Term Care facility including, but not limited to, scheduling of care staff, personnel management/supervision and oversight of patient flow/activity. Administrative responsibilities include developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the nursing home, training of the care team, scheduling, and the implementation of staff development initiatives.
Requirements include a current RN license in the State of Montana with a minimum of three to five years’ experience preferred in long term care nursing. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and administrative skills to achieve organizational goals. Strong computer skills required. We seek a highly motivated, dependable, self-starter with excellent customer service and supervisory skills a must as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
