Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)
StartDate: 11/18/2024 Available Shifts: 8 N Pay Rate: $2050.79 - $2362.87

CT /Rad Technologists work under the direction of the Radiologist to perform a variety of routine and complex CT scanning examinations for the purpose of diagnosing abnormalities, contributing to the efficient operation of the department and continuity of patient care. Education · Graduate of an AMA approved radiology program required.[TK3] Experience · One year of CT experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Would need to provide radiology services too. · Basic life support certification required. · Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology (R) and Computed tomography (CT) required. · Illinois Emergency Management Agency certification to perform Radiology required Skills and Abilities · Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy. · Ability to start IV’s · Ability to maintain radiation safety.

Required Qualifications
Education
· Graduate of an AMA approved radiology program required.[TK3]
Experience
· One year of CT experience preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
· Basic life support certification required.
· Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology (R) and Computed tomography (CT) required.
· Illinois Emergency Management Agency certification to perform Radiology required
Would need to provide radiology services too.
