Speech & Language Pathologist - Acute - (SLP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1756.70 - $2024.03

At least 1 year of experience - Required. Experience with neurogenic patients, Dysphagia, and pediatrics - preferred. Recent traveler experience - highly preferred. ACLS preferred - please include in packet in addition to other certifications, if traveler has this requirement. Clinician may be required to float from Inpatient to Outpatient Rehab, between CCMH & MTRNC - Please confirm traveler is open to floating as needed prior to submission - Required. Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty. 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years. Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH, ACLS - AHA Preferred). Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)
