Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 9/23/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2369.42 - $2729.99

PT needed asap 7A-3P 8Day Typical schedule 4 10 hour days. Our non-eval appts are 45 min, I think evals are 75-90 minutes. Every other weekend rotation This is mostly an outpatient based position, with some inpatient swing beds and nursing home patients. It covers 2 facilities Shelby and Cut Bank about 20 minutes apart. Each hospital has about 20 beds. Shelby has a regular census of 3-5 inpatients, Cut Bank 1-2 inpatients. Shelby has an attached nursing home, Cut Bank does not have one. It’s a small rural area with a lot of outdoor activity. We are close to East Glacier National Park and Canada. Prefer At least 1 year of OT experience Prior OT experience EMR: Meditech and WebPT Active MT PT license in good standing; BLS (AHA); Covid/Flu Vaccination
