A Skilled Nursing Home in Petaluma, CA is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Physical Therapist for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a 13 week contract with the potential to extend.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-CA

Preferred Qualifications
