Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 9/30/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1864.00 - $2148.00

PT needed asap SHIFT Will be discussion at interview/must be flexible This position will be located at the SEARHC Mountainside Rehabilitation Clinic with primary focus on providing pediatric Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations and treatments which impact patient’s functional abilities. MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION MUST HAVE COVID AND FLU VACCINATIONS Pediatric experience a must 2 yars experience Entry level qualifying masters or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a accredited program or graduate from an APTA approved program of Physical Therapy at the Baccalaureate level with 2 years proven work and Continuing Education experience that indicates applicant has mastered the knowledge base that would typically be taught in a master’s program. • Licensed as a Physical Therapist. • Current Basic Life Support certification. • Valid Driver’s license

Required Qualifications
