RRT - NICU/ PICU needed asap Nights, 12 hrs, 6:45am- 7:15pm CANDIDATE SIGNATURE FORM REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL ***REQUIRED: Proof of COVID & FLU vaccination MUST be provided at time candidate is submitted!**** **Please note: LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation* NICU & PICU REQUIRED: RESP REG - Respiratory Therapist, Registered NBRC RRT • AHA BCLS - Basic Life Support • AHA PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support • AHA NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program •AHA ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certificate Respiratory Care Practitioner - PA state license Associate's Degree Graduate from an RRT program accredited by the commission of accreditation for Respiratory Care 1 year Experience as a registered respiratory therapist in either PICU or Level 4 NICU. Ability to provide respiratory therapy methodologies and techniques. REQUIRED:
RESP REG - Respiratory Therapist, Registered NBRC RRT
• AHA BCLS - Basic Life Support
• AHA PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• AHA NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program
•AHA ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certificate
Respiratory Care Practitioner - PA state license
Associate's Degree Graduate from an RRT program accredited by the commission of accreditation for Respiratory Care
1 year Experience as a registered respiratory therapist in either PICU or Level 4 NICU.

Preferred Qualifications
Education - Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate from an RRT program accredited by the commission of accreditation for Respiratory Care
