A Skilled Nursing Home in Walnut Creek, California is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a 13 week contract with the potential to extend.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Travel Experience: 1 year in Physical Therapist, Skilled
Certifications: BLS

Preferred Qualifications
Rehab Optima
