Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)

Pay Rate: $1418.00 - $1634.00
We are partnering with a well-respected School District in the Schaumburg, Illinois area that is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. The schedule will be 7.5 Hour Days Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
Experience: New Grad Accepted
SLP-IL
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Illinois
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Professional Education Licensure (PEL) School Support Personnel Endorsements
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
