JOB DESCRIPTION SimpliFi Interview & Manager Approval About Facility: 492 Beds 2105 E. South Blvd., Montgomery, AL 36116 Level II Trauma Center Level III NICU Primary Stroke Center General Information: Number of Beds (if applicable): 15 Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? No Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes with at least 2-years experience Patient Types: Minimal Peds (typically Ortho) Patient Ratios: 1:1 Required Skills: STRONG experience in Trauma (no burns), Neuro is required, General, Vascular, ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (done at joint center/not requried), Gyn, vascular (Endovascular as well), urology, robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, breasts, eyes Prefer strong robotics experience (Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI) Open Heart – CVOR if needed, general ORT does not need CVOR exp If this job posting is for a Vascular Tech, need to be competent in AAA, carotids, AVG, AVF, Fem-Fem bypass, aorta bi-fem, general, trauma; endovascular experience preferred Required Certifications: Certification preferred, not required. Support on the Unit: ORA Desk assistant Some FA’s Charge nurse Team leaders for service lines Technology/Equipment: EMR: Cerner IV pumps: Plum 360 Medication dispensing: Omnicell Monitors: Spacelabs Floating: If yes, where? No Orientation: 2 weeks on day shift, expected to take buddy call while on orientation Scheduling: Weekend rotation: on call On call? If so, what is that schedule? Call for every service line EXCEPT Open Heart is one day a week, 3p-7a, and one weekend a month Friday 3p- Monday 7a Holiday Expectations: Expected to work a holiday per contract Scrub Color: Green, provided

Certifications: CERT(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

ST Certification
BLS
60 Mile radius rule
Reference and SCL within year
