13 week assignment for a Physical Therapist with experience in a skilled nursing environments. Patients are all outpatient and adult/geriatric

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS
Scrub Colors: professional casual
References: 1 Reference in entire work history prior experience in a skilled nursing environment

Preferred Qualifications
Current Arkansas license for Rehabilitation
