PT needed for an assignment in Macon, GA. PT-mostly IRF, with some outpatient mixed in. Must have 2 years experience.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Rehab
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 4 years
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
