PTA - LTACH/ SNF needed asap Flexible M-F 8-4 Facility Setting? LTACH and SNF 1-2 years experience MA lic required Number of beds in your facility? 80 SNF, 42 on LTACH Floating - YES, primarily SNF however coverage at LTACH as well EMR for your facility: NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC) Scrub colors / dress code: scrubs any color Parking Location: On site free

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Long Term Acute Care
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PTA-MA
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
