Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 12/9/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2177.14 - $2508.45

PT - outpatient needed asap The shift that we are currently seeking is Mon – Fri 9 -530 Our clinic sees a wide range of patients. Someone with pediatric experience would be nice however not a requirement. IL lic required 2 years experience BLS EMR: EPic Currently on staff we have 2 PTs, 3 PTAs and an ATC. Our typical volume at our clinic would be 8-10 patients per clinician. We have 45 minute appointments for our patients. EPIC

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
