Outpatient environment is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist with Wisconsin PT license or compact license to join the outpatient team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS
Scrub Colors: professional casual

current Wisconsin license or compact license

Preferred Qualifications
Five years of outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
