Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1858.88 - $2141.75

PT needed asap TX license or compact 50 mile radius rule per driver's license Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED): 8-12 pts in acute / less in inpatient rehab (5-6) Type of equipment - walking equipment, weights, bikes, treadmill EMR - Meditech Acute care and/or inpatient rehab experience preferred Must be available to work/rotate 2 weekend shift (2 days) a month PREFER: ICU experience a plus and Wound vac management Functional mobilities, ADLs. Flawless work ethics Good communication/collaboration skills

Required Qualifications
