Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Newberg, OR. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year ( New Grad Accepted)
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Weekends: 8's, 10's or 12's - See More Information
Scrub Colors: Any Color Acceptable
References: 1 Reference in entire work history



Preferred Qualifications
Active OR License
Skilled Nursing Experience
COVID Vaccination/Booster or Approved AMN Declination
PCC - Net Health Experience
