Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: 1/6/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1926.94 - $2111.44

PT - OP/SNF/IP needed asap for 12 weeks (5) 8-Hour Shifts, 8-5pm M-F Administers and directs the examination, evaluation, determination of a physical therapy diagnosis, rehabilitation prognosis and procedural interventions utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation of persons requiring Physical Therapy services following a medical screening and referral by a physician within the licensure requirements of the State of Washington. BLS

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist, Skilled
AND
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
SSN Required
DOB Required
