Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D, 10 D Pay Rate: $1604.07 - $1757.65

Physical Therapist needed for 13 weeks in Portsmouth, VA with an asap start date. Physical Therapist REQUIRED SKILLS: BLS required must have at least 1 years of experience sees a lot of Ortho patients must have outpatient experience prefer to have Dry needling experience but not required This clinic shares a space with a spine clinic; see a lot of ortho patients Education & Requirements: Minimum Education: 4yr Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelor’s degree. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS (must be non-expired/active unless otherwise stated): Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio; CPR Holds a current Physical Therapy license from the State of Ohio in good standing Maintains CPR Certification. Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree preferred Certification in a specialty area, for example: OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health, etc. preferred
