Speech & Language Pathologist - Home Health - (SLP - HH)

Pay Rate: $2237.00 - $2578.00
Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor, no gaps of 30+ days in work history, and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Home Health SLP with 1+ years of experience needed for Pediatric care. Primarily age 0-3 but occasional school aged. Primarily Early Intervention referrals. Assessments for EI eligibility using IDA (also use HELP, GFT, REEL). Co-visits with PT, OT and Developmental Educator. Currently utilizes Netsmart. Clinicians schedule themselves for home/childcare visits. No weekends required. Previous travel experience and Home Health experience preferred. Will consider candidates with pending license; BLS(AHA), ASHA and Covid vaccine/declination are required at time of submission. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November - April.
