StartDate: 4/28/2025 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $2667.57 - $2922.98

13 week assignment for a Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist to make home visits. Must have own vehicle and have prior home-health experience

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Home Health
Licenses: PT-MA
Certifications: BLS

Current Massachusetts license for Physical Therapy
Home health experience
Must have own vehicle
