Evaluate and diagnose patients' medical conditions using imaging techniques, such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound, to determine the appropriate interventional procedures.
Perform minimally invasive procedures, including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, biopsy, and ablation, using image guidance to treat various medical conditions.
Collaborate with referring physicians to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
Explain interventional procedures to patients and their families, addressing any concerns and obtaining informed consent prior to treatment.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures by administering sedation or anesthesia and monitoring vital signs throughout the intervention.
Utilize advanced imaging technology to guide instruments and devices precisely to the target area during procedures.
Document all procedures, findings, and patient interactions accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
