StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1359.26 - $1566.11

Number of Beds = 238 beds, with 20 Inpatient Acute rehabilitation beds Number of Staff = 5 Full Time SLPS and 1 PRN SLP, 20 Part time/Full Time/PRN PTs, and 13 Part time/Full Time/PRN OTs Day Shift = Day Shift, Rotating Weekends Patient Ratios = 6, 1 MBS on Acute, On inpatient rehab up to a max of 5 patients Type of equipment = IOPI, Vital Stim, T.I.M.S, MBS EMR = Meditech MUST HAVE: Acute care experience and independent with performing and documenting MBS. Inpatient rehab experience FEES independence Evaluation and treatment of dysphagia and speech and language MBS Organized Self sufficient Reliable
