PT needed asap for 13 weeks
Flexible, 8-5 preferred Mon-Fri.
Facility Setting? Med Surg, OP
1-2 years experience
KS lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, Med surge and Outpatient services- (including Pool).
Number of beds in your facility? Med Surg is around 30
Preferred experience level? No
EMR for your facility: Epic
Scrub colors / dress code: Any color is ok.
Parking Location: At physical location outpatient therapy clinic or in hospital parking lot.
