PT needed for a 3 montn assigment to start in December.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: CERT; BLS-AHA

GA or Compact License
BLS
2+ year's acute exp

Preferred Qualifications
EPIC exp
