StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1874.46 - $2159.71

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Speech Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Elberton, GA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: SLP-GA **COVID VACCINATION ONLY - Will Not Accept Declination**

Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Productivity: 90%
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
