StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1912.20 - $2095.29

PT- outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Doctorate’s degree preferred. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado (required) BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire) 2 years experience

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Doctorate’s degree preferred.
