SLP needed asap for 13 weeks 48GH TRAVEL ONLY HCA Florida Blake Hospital (Level II Trauma Center) Address: 2020 59th Street West Bradenton, FL 34209 Parking: PARKING GARAGE Parking Garage Address: 2102 61st St. W Bradenton, FL 34209 Scrub Color: RN - Navy Blue Clinical Support – Caribbean Blue Radiology – Black Lab – Khaki RT – Grey Surgical Staff –Ciel Blue Type of equipment – video swallow, VitalStim, FEES EMR -Meditech, Redoc Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees. Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Acute experience 2 years experience FL lic required Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Video swallow FEES List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Speech/language/swallow evaluations/treatments Instrumental swallow evals Best personality Fit: Independent worker Comfortable with fast pace
