Travel Contract for Physical Therapist starting 12/16/2024 with AMN Healthcare Allied in Zanesville, OH - Day Shift

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) On Call: $5 - 2 hr min SSN Required DOB Required PT should have at least 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience. Experience with orthopedics and/or concussion, vestibular and pelvic control therapy strongly preferred. The PT will be required to float and travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites. There will be no additional mileage reimbursement. BLS required. Ohio license and registry required (cannot be in process).
