Physical Therapist, Outpatient Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Travel candidates only (Must be 50 miles outside of facility) Cyrotherapy, Heating pads, Antigravity devices, TENS units, Parallel Bars - Equipment consistent with outpatient setting Experienced staff including: Full time PT, Supervisor, OT, Speech therapist and Rehab tech onsite Patient Pop: Geriatric Ambulatory Outpatient Orthopedics and Neuro mainly including joint replacements, post stroke, balance, etc.
