Pay Rate: $2247.00 - $2589.00
Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor, no gaps of 30+ days in work history, and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Home Health Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience needed. Previous travel experience and Home Health experience preferred. Oasis experience preferred. Will consider candidates with pending license; BLS(AHA) and Covid vaccine/declination are required at time of submission. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommendedNo block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November - April.
