PT needed asap for 13 weeks Days BLS The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services as determined by medical direction, therapist judgment, patient needs and desires, and available facilities. Organizes and conducts physical therapy programs in the hospital and community to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Helps patient reach his/her optimal physical abilities and learn to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
OR
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
SSN Required
