Pay Rate: $1610.60 - $1764.80
Physical Therapist (PT) needed asap for 13 weeks
Work schedule for this position: M-F 8-4:30
Facility Setting: LTACH
1-2 years experience
OR lic required
Will position be required to float to other units: No
Number of beds in facility: 65
Preferred experience level: acute experience with vents preferred
Anyone in the past that has worked before that we would consider rehiring: no
EMR for your facility: Wellsky
Scrub color/dress code: Navy blue scrubs
Parking location: attached parking lot to building
