7:00A- 7:00P NO CALL REQ both RVT and ARDMS; They have to be able to do general as well as vascular The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Floor: 1st & 2nd Call Requirements – Overnight on day of shift 7p-7a. Weekends: Depending on the shift hired. General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Number of Staff – 40+ Imaging techs and CT nurses Type of staff: Day Shift – 2 leads and 4+ techs on per shift depending on the modality Night Shift - 1 on in CT/RAD. Other modalities on call. Patient Ratios – Type of equipment – GE, Philips, Siemens EMR – Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – Y Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ARRT, TMB, RDMS, NMTCB Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. License in the modality they are applying for. (ex NMTCB, MRI, CT,ACLS, RDMS) List typical procedures performed on unit(s): So many. Need to have stroke and trauma experience. Also experience working in a fast paced environment. Super sick patients and high level of acuity. Best personality Fit: Strong scanning skills. Calm and professional and great team player Experience in trauma and stroke Flexible with a great attitude Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Olive on top. Black pants
